  • Guest user：Clean and simple hotel. We stayed here end of March 2025, pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was for the price of our stay. Check in was quick and easy, reception area was clean and inviting. Our room was easy to find. Room itself was nice, spacious and clean with the sofa bed already made up for us. Bathroom was clean with nice selection of toiletries available. Hotel is still branded as Holiday inn express but the sat nav took us straight to it. No food or drink service within the hotel but there is a KFC, McDonalds and a Starbucks right across the road. We also asked for extra pillows which were brought up to our room within 5 minutes of asking for them. Parking for the night was ￡5 but for the price of the overnight I wasn’t that bothered. Would definitely rebook if we’re back in the area again.
  • Guest user：The Hilton it isn’t but then rate this hotel in relation to what you’ve paid. Car park area, seemed unkept and directions for entry would be improved. However once we gained entry, the reception was clean and tidy. Staff welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, bedding and towels clean. Bed comfortable. Toiletries were provided. Pleasantly surprised as we weren’t expecting too much.
